A NEW WORLD OF FICTION...

SUBMISSIONS

First Realm Publishing is now accepting fiction submissions for Novel, Novella length and Serial publications.

Novellas range from 15,000 - 35,000 words in length.
Novels are in the range of 50,000 - 140,000 words in length.
Full length novels will be offered in print format after e-format release. Novellas may also be offered in print determined with each submission.

Serial stories are ongoing for 5 or more installments, each installment ranging from 20,000 – 30,000 words in length.  Serials will be released in e-format every three weeks and in print format when serial is complete.  Serial submissions require the first three installments completed prior to release of the first release to allow for editing completion.  The serial stories can be any genre of fiction and must provide an enticing ending until completion of the series. Writing serial stories requires commitment from the author.

  1. Question: Do you prefer RTF and/or Microsoft Word?

  2. Your special announcement talks about Halloween and Holiday stories, and short story collections. You guidelines page never mentions Halloween/Holiday, and says NO COLLECTIONS.

And one other question: nowhere on your guidelines page does it say anything about reprints, Aye or Nay. What is your position on this?

    1. We had several inquires about themed submissions and collections, so we decided to open those for a short time.

As long as the author owns the rights we'll accept the submission for consideration.
